An annual summit, quarterly roundtables, and public lectures — all held in Zürich.
The Association convenes a small number of events each year. Most will operate under the Chatham House Rule and be by invitation. Proceedings are published where participants consent; otherwise the outputs show up later, anonymised, in working papers.
The convening programme is being put together.
The first dates for roundtables, the annual summit, and the public lecture series will be published here as soon as they are confirmed. If you would like to be notified when the calendar opens, or to be considered for a working-group roundtable, write to secretariat@boli.org.
In the meantime, the Association's research library and the working groups are where the active work sits.
Most of our convenings will be deliberately small.
Roundtables will be capped at around twenty participants so the conversation stays substantive. Public lectures and the annual summit will be larger, but still curated: the Association matches the room to the topic.
To be considered for an upcoming roundtable or private briefing, write to secretariat@boli.org with a short note on your background and the session you are interested in.
