Boli Platform

The neutral software layer that lets law firms, fund admins, transfer agents, developers, project originators, registries, and governments tokenize once and make their programs addressable across every venue, rail, custodian, registry, government system, and agent.
Boli Platform is unregulated software in the Stripe / Twilio / Plaid model — a neutral infrastructure layer rather than a market participant. Its three pillars are tokenization tech infrastructure (one asset model, multi-VM contracts across EVM, SVM, and Canton), distribution interoperability (one integration for every venue, registry, custodian, DeFi market, government system, and agent rail), and agentic automation plus AI (multi-party workflow orchestration, fraud and AML insights, MRV anomaly detection, predictive risk, and regulatory-change monitoring).
Boli builds the software. The customer carries every license. It is explicitly not a marketplace, fund, custodian, VASP, CASP, broker-dealer, transfer agent, registry, stablecoin issuer, bridge operator, or money transmitter. Regulated activity stays with the customer or their licensed partner — Boli feeds Securitize ATS, tZERO, Archax, ADDX, Aave Horizon, Morpho, Plume, Ondo GM, Canton apps, Verra, Gold Standard, Puro, I-REC, Xpansiv CBL, Carbonplace, Toucan, HKMA Ensemble, MAS Project Guardian, BIS Agorá, EUDI Wallet ecosystems, and agentic rails (x402, AP2, ACP, ERC-8004, MCP, A2A, CCIP).
Asset-class scope spans financial (equity, debt, fund shares, credit, receivables, private markets), real (real estate, infrastructure, commodities, trade finance), environmental (carbon, biodiversity, water, plastic, RECs, soil / blue / ecosystem / nutrient credits), and government and citizen services (sovereign and muni digital bonds, procurement, conditional disbursement, benefit vouchers, eID / mDL / credentials, land registries, permits).
